We’re proud to be a local BMW-only service center, founded by two seasoned professionals who saw the need for a better option. In 2011, Brent Placko and Ryan Gunnerson opened Ultimate Bimmer Service to offer Dallas-area BMW owners the kind of honest, specialized care they couldn’t find at dealerships or general auto shops.

Our Expert BMW Technicians
Brent is a BMW Master Technician with extensive factory training and real-world experience. After years working in dealership environments, he knew there had to be a better way to serve BMW drivers — one that focused on precision repairs without the pressure, delays, or markup. Brent oversees our service quality and leads by example in the shop every day.
Ryan brings a complementary expertise as a BMW Senior Technician and Diagnostics Specialist, with a focus on software programming, electronic systems, and performance tuning. Known for his clear communication and problem-solving approach, Ryan ensures that every customer fully understands their vehicle’s condition and their service options.

Together, Brent and Ryan built a team culture around education, ethics, and enthusiasm for the BMW brand. Our technicians are:
- STEP Program Graduates
- ISTA/D and ISTA/P diagnostic specialists
- Experienced with classic BMWs, modern platforms, and tech-forward models with iDrive, ADAS, and hybrid systems.
